The location was excellent; convenient to shops and local pubs. Lovely little tearooms in particular 'Ship Wreck Cafe' for home made soup etc. Countryside beautiful with lovely walks for our dog who was made very welcome where ever we took him. Owners helpful. Ulverston itself very interesting town. Well done Sykes Cottages we will be looking for something again next year.

The cottage was in the centre of Ulverston. A super little town with short walks from the doorstep.

Excellent cottage. We were very pleased with our fortnight in this well equipped cottage. The town trail for Ulverston is worth doing - lots of interesting lanes and alleys. 'Gillams Tearoom' is excellent and there is a pretty tea garden which permits dogs.
